LDP Solutions Privacy Policy

LDP Solutions, Inc. (LDPS) has created this privacy policy ("Policy") in an effort to demonstrate the company's commitment to the privacy of our customers.  Privacy on the LDPS website ("Website") is of great importance to our organization.  Because we may gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices.  LDPS reserves the right to modify this Policy and agree to provide notification of the modifications at least thirty (30) business days prior to the modifications being enforced.

Collected Information

LDPS may require customers who register to use the services ("Services") offered on our Website to provide us with contact information, such as their name, company name, and email address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as a credit card number.  PLEASE NOTE that LDPS or any of its agents will NEVER request a  phone number from its customers as LDPS has a STRICT policy on direct contact with its customers or potential customers unless the customer or potential customer requests LDPS or an LDPS agent  to do so and willingly provides a contact number.  Any information provided to LDPS or and LDPS agent SHALL NOT be given to any third-party agencies or any agency that operates externally to LDPS for any reason outside legal obligations.  All financial and billing information that is collected through the Website is used solely to check the qualifications of potential customers and to bill for Services.

LDPS allows its customers to have full control over the services it provides.  LDPS will not interrupt the customer experience unless directed to do so.  An example of such disruption would be in the event a User's ID has been locked out of the system, a request is made to reset a password, or other relevant assistance is requested by the customer.  Registered customers will be invited to receive an email newsletter via the email address that is contained in the user's profile.  Customers will be provided with a mechanism to opt out of receiving the email newsletter through their User Profiles.  This will also apply to any other types of communication offered by LDPS.

LDPS uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing.  This intermediary is solely a component in the process, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on behalf of LDPS.  LDPS may allow a third-party to list content on the Website, but those parties are not permitted to collect any customer information for their use or on behalf of LDPS.  LDPS WILL NOT disclose any customer information with said parties.

Customers of the Services provided by LDPS will use the Website to host data and information ("Data") of their internal projects.  LDPS will not review, disclose, distribute, print, reference, or make accessible any customer Data unless required by law to do so.  Data may be accessed by LDPS or an LDPS Agent for the intent of resolving any issues the customer is experiencing, a support issue, a suspected violation of the Usage Policy, or if legally bound to do so.  Because LDPS allows its customers full control over its user profiles and other key information, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain and protect the security and confidentiality of the information contained in their users' profiles!  Such information would include user passwords, Group Keys, or other information that would grant access to their Data.

LDPS may also collect information from visitors and customers of the Website, such as Internet addresses.  This information is collected and logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer the corporate Website in an effort to constantly improve the quality of the Services.  LDPS may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from visitors and customers.  This non-identifying information may be provided to a third-party.

Security

LDPS utilizes some of the most advanced security technology available for the Internet today.  When you access our site and products using Netscape Navigator 7.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is protected, secure, and only available to registered and authorized Users on your project and within your organization.  Your data is completely invisible and inaccessible to unwanted eyes (including any competitors).

When you create the necessary Users IDs for your projects, LDPS provides each ID with a unique identification number and ensures that the User ID itself is unique.  All Passwords are encrypted based on industry standards to ensure the best possible security available.  LDPS issues a session cookie to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific, individual session.  The session cookie does not include User ID or Password information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.

Furthermore, LDPS is hosted in a secure environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference of the User experience or unauthorized access from outside intruders.
